We are taught to give more to others than to ourselves. This is counterintuitive because when you are not the priority, you do not lead a self-directed life and your goals do not get accomplished.

Making yourself a priority helps you let go of outside expectations – especially the expectations of other people. Letting go clears your mind and now you can truly see with clarity.

Get organized and be clear about what is most important to you and what you may want to accomplish. To avoid distractions, implement a few hacks to ensure you stay focused.
