Easy Tips for Constant Motivation

Motivation is an internal force that compels you to achieve your goals. You KEEP GOING and do what you say you are going to do! It allows you to become a better version of yourself, change your habits, manage your time well, improve your skill talents and master your mental health and mindset.

In a fast-paced, ever-changing world staying motivated helps you to remain productive, driven and builds your character. These simple tips incorporated into your life help you to stay motivated and grounded.

Reset Your Mind. Listen to some lofi or deep focus music, an inspiring TED Talk or Motivational Video on YouTube. Two of my favorite prompts to reset my mind are below.

Unplug Daily. Shut down your computer and put away your phone. BE PRESENT! Take a walk outside, breathe some fresh air, smell the flowers, immerse yourself in nature or listen to the sounds of cars drive by as you walk.

Get Creative. Draw. Write. Do a Video. Paint. Sew. Bake. Cook As for me, I love to get creative and doodle – Shayda Campbell is a FAVE.

Practice Gratitude Everyday.
