We worry constantly! Sometimes, we don’t even truly understand what those nagging feelings are all about. To curb worry and anxiety, SCHEDULE IT!

This is what I mean:

Get in touch with yourself before the new week begins (on a Saturday or Sunday).

  • What am I worried about?
  • What do I need to (or not to) happen this week?
  • How will I accomplish what needs to happen?
  • What can I do to counteract each worry item and alleviate my anxiety?

Answering these questions makes us aware about our worry pain points but allows us to create a clear plan of attack to address them. Ultimately, it trains the mind to process worry in a constructive and efficient way.
