The PERIOD OF THE GREAT RESET has been a time to evaluation, self-inquiry and action. If certain parts of your life have been out of balance – how do you transform the chaos into order? I have followed these four simple steps to bring my life back into balance.

Your energy is valuable and precious. Stop and think about where you devote your energy. It may surprise you. Evaluate the things you do most. Should you still be doing them? Remember your core and what makes you truly happy. I can better express myself through writing and creative pursuits. I don’t care much as much for talking. I have always known it—I just needed to remember and accept it!  I am writing again daily and have deep fulfillment. Acknowledge and honor where your passion lies.

Challenges should be your fuel. My challenges push me toward being a more authentic version of myself – doing what I truly love, accepting myself as I am without reservation and seeking no external approval.

Your perspective is your reality. No matter what you are going through, you control how you think and feel about it.
