Did you know that the feet are among the most neglected parts of the body? You brush your teeth and wash your face daily – what about showing those feet some love?

A Weekly Foot Care Routine:

  • Soak your feet with Epsom salt and lemon, lavender, or peppermint essential oils.
  • Exfoliate dead skin and calluses with a foot scrub and an exfoliating cloth or pumice stone.
  • Thoroughly wash feet to remove all dead skin, salt and oil.
  • Dry your feet completely with a clean towel.
  • Trim your toenails with a stainless steel clipper.
  • Moisturize your feet with your favorite cream and lotion.
