Friday
- My no-spend Friday night begins with a warm bath and cuddly pajamas then a Netflix series marathon made fancy with cocktails and charcuterie.
Saturday
- Saturday begins with yoga stretches and a long, leisurely walk through the neighborhood.
- After a cup of coffee, it is time to execute on my New Year Declutter Checklist and get the year started right.
- Phew! After all that hard work, it SPA time! An everything shower – shave, exfoliate, wash, deep condition followed by manicure, pedicure, and a self-care massage.
Sunday
- Coffee, orange juice, and toasted ciabatta – did I say in bed? Yes!
- Begin a new book on my Kindle while lazing on the chaise lounge.
- Doing absolutely NOTHING ELSE until the week begins.
