Limit Options by Simplifying Your To-Do List

  • Examine your to-do list.
  • Eliminate the unnecessary and unimportant. Focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Be adaptable to change if something more important comes up.
  • Remove any items that you do regularly and which you will not forget about.
  • What can you delegate? Assign that task and eliminate it from your list.
  • Batch similar items together.

Prepare the Evening Before

  • Preparation is key.
  • Iron and prepare your outfit the night before.
  • Update your to-do list and ensure that it is complete for the next day.
  • What can you do now? Do it! You can focus on the remaining items tomorrow.

Avoid Procrastination and Perfectionism

  • Know the triggers that cause you to procrastinate and overcome them.
